What should I do?
The site agent represents the builder interest, their job is to present information on the various models and give the appearance that sales prices are non-negotiable.

Having a Realtor® represent you as a buyer is your exclusive advocate that can aide in negotiations with recent & historical data, helping you with asking the right questions such as builder incentives, alternative financing, understanding the contractual obligations, scheduling construction inspections during all phases and will be there through the entire process. Having a Realtor® represent you, will cost nothing as those fees are part of the builders cost.

Builders want to do business with Realtor’s who specializes in the area, they are a great source of business for them as we know their inventory and reputation. Having a Realtor® represent the buyer helps reduces builder’s liability. So, it’s best to use a Realtor® to protect your interest and be the one who is there to care and listen to your needs.

The Realtor® must be present when registering at the new home sale in order to be part of the contract.

If you never built a home you will need help!

As a Realtor® the sole purpose is to look out for your best interest and negotiate the best deal for you.
